Roll 4d6, drop the lowest of these four dice, add the other three together. Do this seven times. If any total is below 11, ignore that roll and reroll. You may place six of these totals in any Ability you wish, discarding the seventh.
Draw from "Goblins of Golarion" and the "Monster Codex" for details on the Goblin Race. GoG is basically the Goblin handbook, the MC has quite abit of variant option for the race.
As a house rule, no Class shall have fewer than 4 Skill(+Int) ranks per level. If your Class Archetype gives you more Skill Ranks than usual, that is still the case. To the right, I have a list of acceptable Classes for your characters, please see the note at the bottom of the list. You will obviously be a Goblin. As another house rule, enjoy Max Hitpoints, at every level.
You may (but are not required to) take up to three Traits found one the Paizo SRD. Rules for Traits are found in the Advanced Players Guide, and state that you cannot have two Traits from the same category(Magic, Social, Race, etc). Ignore this rule. You may have multiple Campaign Traits from the same category. You can find Traits on the Paizo SRD. If you find a Trait you would like but are not sure about, ask me, and if it is acceptable you can have it.
Most of the Goblin Feats & Traits can be found in the "Goblins of Golarion" (PZO9419) handbook. I do recommend reading it. Take note however, that I have changed a few things (switching some of the Reginal Traits to Racial Traits, which for some reason are in two list on the same page) and will be referencing my list more than the book for Tratis. As a matter of convenience I am have made pages for the Goblin Racial Traits and Goblin Racial Feats.
You start play at Level Two. You start with 500 Gold. I recommend buying random shit as well. These arent things youve necessarily 'bought', but more things youve 'acquired'. G-O-B-L-I-N-S.
