Description
Steelport is an American city, located in the state of Michigan. It rest between Union Bay (to the west) and the township of Ontonagon (to the east) on the upper peninsula of Lake Superior.

Founded in 1827 by blue collar industrialists and was named after Joe Steel. This city is now poorly financed due to economic failure; the city itself has slums and beggars. The city consists of four districts: Downtown in the center, New Colvin in the east, Stanfield in the north west and Carver Island in the south west. Additionally, Steelport has its own National Guard Post.

It is heavily industrialized and has slowly fallen into decline. This is evident urban decay an rise of criminal activity in recent decades. The nearest major city is Stilwater, as they share a number of radio stations and Ardus Enterprises manages a number of interest on Arapice Island.
